A- Gelatin is made of molecules which, when placed in hot water, are long and thin. As this solution cools, some of these molecules become intertwined with each other, forming even longer ones. Eventually, some become so long that they stretch from one side of the jelly to the other, forming a springy three-dimensional web. When the jelly is moved or pushed, the energy in the movement is carried through the confection by this molecular network, causing the jelly to wobble.
