46. One out of seven Malaysian children who visited Iraq in the year 2001 together with some delegation from the Health Ministry of Malaysia. Recorded footages of visits to orphanages, hospitals and schools during the one week visit. Did a lot of 'stand upper' reporting from several locations in the war-torn Iraq
47. Produced a one-hour TV documentary on the plight of the Iraqi Children with the other six students from the YAC. Documentary was shown on national TV in 2001 and was shown to audience of 1,000 people at the Children's Media Conference in Rio de Janeiro. Brazil.

Amanda is the youngest of 2 children. She has an older brother, Khairul Azri who is currently studying Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. Parents, Sabri Rahman & Norwati Razak are currently doing business in the area of broadcasting and communications. Amanda finds comfort in listening to music and enjoys playing sports at all times. Her philosophy in life is: "To be all she can be, not allowing challenges to hinder her goal". She hopes to do her Bachelors Degree in LAW & later continue to pursue ICAEW - Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales in her future. Nonetheless, her dream ambition is to become a politician.
